October 1, 2009 marked the opening of the best dining experience in the Georgian Bay area. Regan and his partner Tricia Jeffery combined efforts and unique skill-sets to create fud main street bistro. Being located in a small community (Stayner Ontario) has not been an issue as Stayner is on Highway #26, the gateway to Collingwood, Thornbury, the Town of Blue Mountain and is just minutes west of Wasaga Beach. With it's "Queen Street West" feel and a menu containing only fresh, chef prepared dishes it is no wonder it became an instant success. The main dining room handles more than 50 diners while the second floor acts as a private meeting / dining / party space licensed for an additional 48 guests.
